Pricing & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Pricing & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which managmystore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“managmystore”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) charges, processes, and manages payments for services provided through our platform. Our goal is to ensure full transparency regarding pricing, billing cycles, and refund eligibility for our clients.

2. Pricing Structure

managmystore offers flexible pricing models designed to meet different client needs:

  • Hourly Billing: You are billed only for the hours our virtual assistants actively work on your projects.
  • Value-Based Pricing: For long-term partnerships or specialized services, pricing is determined by the scope, expertise, and complexity of the project.
  • Monthly Plans: Subscription packages with pre-defined hours or dedicated assistants. Discounts may apply to annual commitments.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, including GST or VAT, may be added as applicable by law.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are required in advance for prepaid or subscription services.
  • Hourly services are billed weekly or monthly based on time tracked through our internal tools.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest on outstanding balances.

4. Currency & Exchange Rates

All fees are calculated in USD. For customers paying in local currency, conversion rates are determined by the payment processor at the time of transaction. Any additional bank or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Changes to Pricing

We may adjust our pricing periodically due to changes in operational costs, exchange rates, or service expansion. Clients on subscription plans will receive at least 30 days’ notice prior to any price changes.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are granted only if the service has not been delivered or activated within 14 days of payment.
  • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of our billing department.
  • Once a virtual assistant or resource has been assigned and work initiated, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  • For subscription cancellations, refunds are not issued for unused days; however, your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellations & Downgrades

Clients may cancel or downgrade plans at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting managmystore@gmail.com. Changes will take effect from the next billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Any promotional discounts or coupons are valid only during the specified period and may not be combined with other offers. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in immediate cancellation of the offer and account suspension.

9. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our billing team within 10 days of the transaction. We will review your claim and respond within a reasonable period. Failure to notify us within this time frame may void eligibility for dispute resolution.

10. Taxes & Compliance

Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or other duties) based on their jurisdiction. managmystore complies with all relevant tax reporting and invoicing regulations in the regions where it operates.

11. Policy Updates

managmystore reserves the right to update this Pricing Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. We encourage users to review this policy regularly to stay informed.
